Job summary

Honest Grocer & Deli is seeking a friendly and reliable team member to help run daily store and deli operations in Ubud, Bali. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep displays tidy and well-stocked.

The role emphasizes clear English communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn about products and ingredients. Prior hospitality or retail experience is appreciated, but not required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store and deli operations.
• Assist and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions.
• Arrange and refill product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and product expiry dates.
• Input daily sales data and monitor stock movement.
• Perform daily cash closing and sales reconciliation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and display standards.
• Support the team with daily operational tasks.
