About the role

PT Indonesia Berolahraga Bahagia is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our retail team in East Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail operations. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and building strong customer relationships that support the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers with a warm welcome and providing attentive, knowledgeable service throughout their shopping experience
• Assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
• Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintaining product displays and ensuring the retail environment is clean, organised and visually appealing
• Restocking shelves and managing inventory levels throughout the day
• Answering customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally and promptly
• Promoting current sales, offers and new product arrivals to customers
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Meeting individual and team sales targets consistently
• Adhering to company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable
