Job summary

Timur Oleochemcials, part of Timur Network Malaysia, seeks an Export Shipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end export shipping operations, coordinating bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders, and ensuring shipments are delivered on schedule.

You will prepare shipping documents (BL, SI, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.), liaise with customers, transporters, and overseas agents, and work closely with sales and logistics partners to support international orders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM with relevant shipping/logistics experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in export shipping or freight forwarding preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms is an advantage.
