Job summary

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara Group) seeks a dedicated Shipping Operations Officer to ensure safe, compliant cargo movements and timely vessel departures at our Central Kalimantan site.

You will prepare operational plans, monitor jetty and cargo readiness, coordinate documents, and work closely with vessel masters and port authorities. POP certification is mandatory, with at least 1 year of onboard or shipping operations experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3/D4 Nautical Studies with ANT III/ANT II Officer Certification and 1 year onboard vessel experience.
• Diploma D3/D4 Port Management / Shipping Administration / Maritime Logistics with 1 year experience in ship agency or related operations.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and coordination with vessel masters, port authorities and third-party service providers.
• Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• POP certification mandatory
• Able to work at site-based location PT Piranti Jaya Utama (Central Kalimantan).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient shipping, loading, and port operations in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational plans and reports.
• Monitor jetty, vessel, and cargo readiness to support shipment schedules.
• Coordinate shipping documents, vessel clearance, and related administrative processes.
• Monitor cargo conditions and mitigate contamination or operational risks.
• Liaise with vessel masters, port authorities, and third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Update shipping plans and related data in the MOMS Minerba system.
• Coordinate clearance-related payments and documentation to ensure timely vessel departures.
• Support the achievement of shipping targets through effective coordination and operational control.

OR

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Port Management, Shipping Administration, Maritime Logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in ship agency, transshipment, shipping, or stevedoring operations.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders, including vessel masters, port authorities, and third-party service providers.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• POP certification mandatory
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational shipping schedules and targets.
• Knowledge of MOMS Minerba and shipping-related regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to a site-based work location at PT Piranti Jaya Utama (Central Kalimantan)
