Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia invites interns to join the STARbies program, gaining hands-on experience in beauty and skincare HR. You will work with experienced professionals across divisions, contributing to recruitment projects while developing essential skills.

You will participate in full-cycle talent acquisition, from posting to onboarding, while helping maintain a positive candidate and manager experience during probation and building a future talent pool for Scarlett Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Must be a final year student or fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields.
• Experience in executing hiring or selection processes within university organizations or internships.
• Experience using job boards and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Glints, JobStreet).
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in process documentation and HR trends.

Responsibilities

• Find, select, and recruit the best-qualified people to join Scarlett Indonesia.
• Assist full cycle of talent acquisition from job posting to onboarding.
• Support candidates and hiring managers during probation to ensure positive experience.
• Manage talent pool development for future hiring needs.
• Manage job sources and review effectiveness regularly.
