Job summary

PT Simple Journey Indonesia is seeking a Shift Engineer to maintain operational stability during shift hours. You will monitor and manage production systems, respond to incidents, and ensure smooth 24/7 operations.

You will prepare shift handover reports and technical documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deploy and maintain the infrastructure with a focus on uptime. Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools is preferred; familiarity with Docker,
