Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to monitor and maintain our infrastructure in Indonesia. You will work across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring observability, reliability, and uptime while collaborating with multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Linux/networking skills, and hands-on experience with Grafana, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD. Shift work including midnight is required in some rotations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in DevOps/SRE/Network/Operations.
• Familiar with Linux and networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Collaborate across teams to minimize downtime.
• Willing to learn Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD.
• Able to work in night shifts.
• Hands-on Bash scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand current infrastructure and services running in public clouds and on-premise.
• Review documentation and use as guidelines for troubleshooting.
• Ensure technical documents for new and existing processes are up to date.
• Provide observability on systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system infrastructure using Grafana and related tools.
• Respond to infra and service-related support cases.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues as reported.
• Perform upgrades and patches using CI tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on systems and infra.

• Understanding Current Infra And Services That Running On Public Clouds And On Premise
• Understanding Documents Provided By Teams And Use The Documents As A Guideline For Troubleshooting
• Ensure Technical Documents For New And Existing Processes Are Up To Date
• Provide Good Observability On All Our System And Infra
• Closely Monitor Our System Infrastructure Using Grafana And Related Tools
• Response To System, Infra And Services Related Support Case
• Identify And Perform Troubleshooting Whenever Issue Is Reported

• Perform Preventive Maintenance To Our System And Infra

Job Requirements:

• Having 1+ years in DevOps / SRE / Network engineer / Operation engineer related field is required
• Familiar with Linux and networking related skills
• Able to work and solve problems independently when required
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues to ensure minimum service downtime
• Willing to learn new technology, such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Gitlab CI/CD, ArgoCD etc
• Able to work in shift including midnight
• Having hands-on experience with bash script
