Job summary

PT Simple Journey Indonesia is seeking a Shift Engineer to maintain operational stability during shift hours. You will monitor and manage production systems, respond to incidents, and ensure smooth 24/7 operations.

You will prepare shift handover reports and technical documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deploy and maintain the infrastructure with a focus on uptime. Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools is preferred; familiarity with Docker,

Qualifications

• Willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon/night).
• Understands the basics of system, network, and application troubleshooting.
• Able to write technical documentation clearly and systematically.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain system/production operations during shifts.
• Handle troubleshooting and expedite technical issues quickly.
• Prepare shift handover reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth 24/7 operations.
• Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, test cases/checklists, shift logs, bug reports) in a clear and structured manner.
