Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a finance professional to process and manage vendor payments, ensuring timely settlements and compliant documentation. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, perform bank reconciliations, review pricing against contracts, and prepare payment applications.

English fluency is required, Mandarin is a plus. This role demands detail-orientation, organization, and the ability to handle data with accuracy in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus.
• Experienced in handling vendor payments and reimbursements.
• Able to review and verify pricing based on contracts and quotations.
• Perform data reconciliation between systems and supporting documents.
• Prepare and submit payment applications for vendors.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy between bank records and system data.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with numbers accurately.
