Job summary

J&T Cargo (PT Global Jet Cargo) seeks a Finance Settlement Manager to lead the Operations and Settlement team, ensuring accurate franchise, vendor and customer settlements with a focus on process integrity and timely execution.

The role requires 5+ years in settlement with strong leadership, English proficiency, and the ability to manage under pace and pressure. Mandarin speakers are a plus, and shift duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with management responsibilities.
• Proficient in settlement systems and processes.
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin skills preferred (HSK 5).
• Good management, organization and delegation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations and Settlement team; oversee franchise, vendor and customer settlements.
• Ensure all settlement functions are performed accurately and with integrity.
• Communicate settlement issues with internal and external parties.
• Monitor and resolve transactions and settlement problems.
• Assist in enhancing procedures and systems; participate in system implementations and UAT.
• Act as project manager or specialist for business projects when needed.

Job Requirements:

• 5 or above years of relevant experience with management experience
• Well-versed in settlement systems
• Good command of written and spoken English, preferably able to speak mandarin (HSK 5)
• Good management skills, organize and assign tasks to team members
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work with pace and pressure
• Shift duty and work on public holidays may be required if necessary

Job Descriptions:

• To be senior member of the Operations and Settlement team and be responsible for settlement of franchise, vendor and customer.
• Ensure all settlement functions are performed properly with accuracy and integrity
• Communicate with internal and external parties on any settlement related issues
• Monitor, handle and solve issues about transactions and settlements
• Assist in enhancing operational procedures and improving existing systems
• Participate in system implementation, UAT and ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Act as project manager or specialist role for business projects when necessary
