Zeal Group is seeking a Settlement Officer to manage daily settlement, reconciliation, and client fund transactions. You will ensure accurate balances and records, while complying with internal policies and regulations.

The role requires handling high-volume settlement processes, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills. English proficiency is needed, and a bachelor’s degree is required.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in settlement, brokerage operations, finance operations, banking, or financial services.
• Good understanding of transaction processing and reconciliation procedures.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong integrity, responsibility, and compliance awareness.
• Able to manage multiple transactions and priorities within established deadlines.
• Able to coordinate effectively with different internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily transaction settlement and reconciliation activities.
• Verify the accuracy of client balances, payment records, and transaction details.
• Review and process client deposit and withdrawal requests accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Maintain complete and accurate settlement records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other relevant teams.
• Prepare daily settlement, reconciliation, and transaction reports.
• Identify and escalation unusual transactions or unresolved settlement issues.
• Ensure all settlement activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other settlement and operational duties as assigned.
