The candidate should have a minimum bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in settlement, brokerage operations, or related finance roles, with strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in settlement, brokerage operations, finance operations, banking, or financial services.
• Good understanding of transaction processing and reconciliation procedures.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong integrity, responsibility, and compliance awareness.
• Able to manage multiple transactions and priorities within deadlines.
• Able to coordinate effectively with different internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement and reconciliation activities.
• Verify accuracy of client balances, payment records, and transaction details.
• Review and process client deposits and withdrawals accurately.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Maintain complete and accurate settlement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other teams.
• Prepare daily settlement, reconciliation, and transaction reports.
• Identify and elevate unusual transactions or unresolved settlement issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulations.
• Perform other settlement and operational duties as assigned.
