Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience or internship in Finance, Accounting, Settlement, Operations, or Administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliation, and financial processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily settlement and financial data.
• Reconcile settlement and operational data with Finance records and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and other required reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide basic insights when needed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
• Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments on settlement and financial matters.
• Ensure all activities follow company procedures and internal controls.
• Report discrepancies or unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Support other Finance, Settlement, and administrative tasks as assigned.
