Job summary

Zeal Group in Jakarta is seeking a Dealing Officer to execute and monitor client trading transactions, ensuring accurate and timely order execution, and maintaining compliant trading operations in line with policies and regulations.

The role involves monitoring market movements and risks, coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Compliance, maintaining transaction records, and upholding high standards of integrity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in dealing, brokerage, trading ops, or financial services.
• Good understanding of trading workflows and order execution processes.
• Familiarity with MT4, MT5, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and compliance awareness.
• Able to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive transactions.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor client trading orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all orders are processed according to procedures and service standards.
• Monitor market movements, client activities, and trading risks.
• Identify and upscale unusual transactions, pricing issues, or execution discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Compliance and other teams on trading matters.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare trading reports.
• Ensure dealing activities comply with policies, SOPs and regulations.
• Perform other dealing and trading operations duties as assigned.
