Doo Group is seeking a Trading / Dealing & Settlement Executive to support daily trading and dealing operations, plus derivatives settlement activities. The role requires experience in trading platforms, order execution, and settlement processes.

You will coordinate with Front Office, IT, and external providers, and assist with regulatory reporting. Flexibility for shift work, including weekends or holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in brokerage or financial services.
• Strong understanding of trading operations and order execution processes.
• Experience with futures, securities, or related products preferred.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and related operational processes.
• Understanding of trade settlement, reconciliation, and client positions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor clients’ equity, margin, and position limits to ensure trading stays within requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Office and teams to resolve trade-related matters.
• Execute and monitor orders involving securities, futures, and options.
• Prepare and submit regular trading activity and market reports.
• Maintain trading system settings and contract specifications.
• Coordinate with system providers for issues, enhancements, and testing.
• Support product-related activities, including launches and testing.
• Assist with settlement processing, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
