Job summary

Gea Group is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive aftermarket service growth across Indonesia. You will develop strong customer relationships, identify service opportunities, and promote value-added service solutions to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.

You will sell spare parts, repairs, service agreements, upgrades, and other lifecycle services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical or aftermarket sales preferred.
• Fresh graduates with commercial aptitude encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket service growth by identifying service opportunities.
• Promote service portfolio including preventive maintenance, spare parts, repairs and SLA services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits and proactive engagement.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
