Are you a technically minded professional with a passion for solving complex problems and supporting customers in a fast-paced operational environment? We are seeking a Service Engineer to provide technical support and engineering expertise to our customers and maintenance teams across Indonesia. In this role, you will act as a key technical liaison, helping to maximise fleet reliability, minimise equipment downtime, and ensure customers receive responsive and effective support. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and customer stakeholders, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance fleet availability and operational performance.
