Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist in Indonesia to deliver high-quality HR services across payroll administration, employee benefits, training, HR operations, records management, reporting, and compliance.
You will partner with leaders to support business outcomes in a fast-paced industrial setting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, a minimum of 3 years’ generalist HR experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, and expertise in HRIS and benefits

The HR Generalist will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across payroll administration, employee benefits, training and development, HR operations, employee records management, reporting, and compliance.
