Job summary

Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia is hiring an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software and peripherals. You will provide first-line support for video conferencing and hybrid meetings, monitor end-user systems, and assist with daily troubleshooting.

You will also help create reports and maintain documentation for the IT environment, build strong relationships with users, and assist them in using productivity tools, including basic AI applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Solid grasp of basic IT infrastructure, networking, and mobile devices.
Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, cloud basics, and cybersecurity principles.
Understands IT service standards (SLA/OLA) with willingness to learn MPS, ITAM & MDM.
Tech-savvy and eager to adapt to new trends, including Gen-AI tools.
Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and IT peripherals.
Provide first-line technical support for video conferencing and hybrid/online meetings.
Monitor end-user computer systems and assist with daily troubleshooting.
Assist in creating reports and maintaining up-to-date documentation for the IT environment.
Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with users to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist end-users in utilizing standard enterprise tools, including basic support for productivity AI applications.
