Job summary

PT En Prima Food And Beverage is seeking hospitality staff to take orders, serve guests, and assist in daily restaurant operations at our Tangerang outlets in Indonesia.

The role focuses on accurate order taking, professional service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets. Training in food safety and menu knowledge is provided.

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring all items are delivered correctly and at the appropriate temperature
• Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions securely and accurately
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions
• Following food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Assisting with general restaurant duties as needed, including restocking supplies and setting up the dining area
