This position plays an important role in providing the best experience to customers through friendly, fast, and professional service, and ensuring products are presented well according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and serve customers with friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism

Provide information about products, donut varieties, beverages, and ongoing promotional programs

Help customers choose products according to their needs and preferences

Prepare, package, and present customer orders correctly and according to operational standards

Maintain availability, neatness, and cleanliness of product displays to remain attractive to customers

Perform product upselling to support outlet sales targets

Ensure service areas and work areas are always clean, neat, and comfortable

Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally

Assist with daily operational activities, including outlet opening and closing processes

Coordinate with outlet team to ensure service runs effectively and meets company standards

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

Good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers

Neat appearance, clean presentation, and positive work attitude

Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team

Willing to work with shift system, including weekends and national holidays
