Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing menu recommendations for food and beverages suited to customer preferences, accurately recording orders and conveying them quickly to the kitchen, ensuring efficient service that meets customer satisfaction standards, providing up-to-date information about today's specials, promotions, and new menu items, handling payments carefully and providing an enjoyable experience for customers, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work area in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide menu recommendations for food and beverages according to customer preferences

Record orders accurately and convey them quickly to the kitchen

Ensure efficient service and meet customer satisfaction standards

Provide current information about daily specials, promotions, and new menu items

Handle payments carefully and provide an enjoyable customer experience

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK with relevant major

Professional appearance, honest, disciplined, responsible
