Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities: respond to inquiries, initiate outreach, qualify leads, and solicit potential clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: site visits, entertaining clients, proposals, rates, contracts, and service delivery.
• Develop strategic sales plans: create and execute strategies to meet revenue and room night goals.
• Analyze sales performance: review lost business reports and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Support service delivery: coordinate fulfillment across departments and uphold client satisfaction.
