Job summary

Hilton Jakarta is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead corporate, MICE, and group room sales efforts in Kemayoran, Jakarta. You will represent the hotel to prospective clients, drive revenue across rooms, catering, and F&B, and manage key accounts to exceed targets.

The role requires at least 3 years in hotel corporate sales, exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, and proficiency with hotel systems like Delphi and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel Corporate, MICE, or Group room sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical proficiency in hotel systems (Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner Survey).
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients for group rooms, meeting space, and F&B services.
• Drive new business opportunities; respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and solicit clients.
• Manage full sales cycle: site visits, proposals, rates, contracts, and account service.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and room night goals.
• Collaborate across departments to fulfill contracted services and ensure client satisfaction.
