Job summary

PT SUPRABAKTI MANDIRI oversees end-to-end warehouse operations for trading and imported goods, coordinating with Purchasing, Sales, and Delivery Teams to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipment. The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations and a related Bachelor’s degree.

The incumbent will plan daily activities, optimize capacity, enforce SOP/5S, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment located in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in trading, distribution, or import/export.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipment.
• Experienced in warehouse planning, manpower allocation, inventory control, and capacity management.
• Good understanding of SOP, 5R/5S, occupational safety, and warehouse operational standards.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Able to work with and coordinate across Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Delivery Teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for trading and imported goods, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment.
• Plan daily warehouse activities, manpower allocation, capacity utilization, and equipment priorities.
• Ensure warehouse operations are performed according to SOP, safety standards, and 5R/5S practices.
• Monitor warehouse transactions, inventory movements, documentation, and operational accuracy.
• Coordinate incoming goods with the Purchasing Team and shipment requirements with the Sales and Delivery Teams.
• Handle operational issues, elevate exceptions when necessary, and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
• Prepare regular operational reports and identify opportunities for warehouse process improvement.
• Ensure smooth coordination and execution across Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Delivery Teams.
