Job summary

Power Commerce Asia is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee inbound/outbound, inventory, and returns across multiple Indonesian locations. You will schedule daily operations, assign tasks, and drive team performance to meet SLAs and KPI targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse leadership, strong knowledge of warehouse processes, and experience with WMS and scanning tools. The role requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management.
• Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics teams for 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound, storage, returns, and inventory control.
• Familiar with WMS systems and scanning tools, basic operational tech.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operational activities (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns).
• Arrange daily operator work schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance against targets and SLAs.
• Conduct daily stock data accuracy checks (WMS vs. physical); handle mismatches or losses.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs such as SLA compliance, stock accuracy, and productivity.
• Perform process quality checks; ensure SOPs, safety standards, and 5S are followed.
• Coordinate with courier teams, admin, customer service, and head office for smooth ops.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly inbound, outbound, aging, and manpower reports.
