• Minimum 5-7 years in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Proven supervisory/management experience in warehouse or distribution centre.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control software.
• Solid health and safety knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff; enforce safety protocols and SOPs.
• Monitor stock levels; conduct audits and maintain accurate records.
• Optimize layout and processes to improve throughput and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and repairs.
• Provide training programs for warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service to ensure order fulfillment.
• Analyze performance metrics and report KPIs.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all activities.
