Job summary

PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia seeks a Logistics Executive to oversee end-to-end logistics, focusing on import of EV materials from China for local vehicle assembly. You will manage receiving, storage, and supply to the assembly line, coordinating shipments and customs clearance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in logistics or supply chain, with strong knowledge of PPJK and freight forwarders and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3–5+ years of logistics/import-export experience.
• Experience with PPJK, customs clearance, freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics and material supply to the assembly line.
• Coordinate import and export processes for China-origin materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely shipments.
• Liaise with PPJK, customs, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
• Coordinate materials movement between Jakarta showroom/office and Cikarang.
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to meet schedules.
