Qualifications

• 20+ years of copper-gold exploration and mining infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in porphyry and epithermal systems.
• Experience with geological modelling, drilling, and data management.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM project environments.
• Familiarity with JORC 2012 and QA/QC.
• Degree in Geology or Mining Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead exploration strategy, drilling programs, and field activities.
• Oversee geological modelling, QA/QC, and data validation.
• Support long-term mine planning, pit design, and scheduling.
• Provide executive oversight of OLC engineering and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with ESG, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.
