Job summary

LUXASIA, the leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific, seeks a Senior Visual Merchandiser in Jakarta to lead visual merchandising and displays for a portfolio of luxury brands. You will coordinate with brand teams and vendors to translate creative concepts into compelling setups.

Requirements include 6–7 years in visual merchandising, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/SketchUp, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Degree in Visual Merchandising or related fields.
6–7 years of experience in visual merchandising.
Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set up in an accurate and timely manner.
Work closely with multiple brand teams to coordinate with third-party vendors.
Develop and translate creative concepts into impactful visual displays for brands.
Manage marketing/promotional events, including design and backstage production.
Oversee fabric visual ordering for launches and openings.
Update displays for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc activities.
Manage brands prop and fixtures warehouse.
