Job summary

LUXASIA, the leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific, seeks a Senior Visual Merchandiser in Jakarta to lead visual merchandising and displays for a portfolio of luxury brands. You will coordinate with brand teams and vendors to translate creative concepts into compelling setups.

Requirements include 6–7 years in visual merchandising, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/SketchUp, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Visual Merchandising or related fields.
• 6–7 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set up in an accurate and timely manner.
• Work closely with multiple brand teams to coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Develop and translate creative concepts into impactful visual displays for brands.
• Manage marketing/promotional events, including design and backstage production.
• Oversee fabric visual ordering for launches and openings.
• Update displays for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc activities.
• Manage brands prop and fixtures warehouse.

Description of Duties

• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and setup in an accurate and timely manner
• Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third‑party vendors
• Develop, interpret and translate creative concepts into impactful visual display for your group of brands
• Managed marketing promotional event: preparing half‑done design and backstage productions, podium and animation
• Responsible for fabric visual ordering process (for both new launches and new openings)
• Update display for seasonal, promotional and ad hoc activities
• Brands prop & fixtures warehouse management

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other similar software is an advantage
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Has creativity
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up, and other similar software
• Fluent in English
• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design and/or Interior Design, Business or other related subjects
• At least 6‑7 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Possess a strong passion for the beauty industry
• Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
