PT Luxasia Indonesia is seeking a senior Visual Merchandising professional to lead display concepts and hands-on execution for a portfolio of luxury beauty brands. You will collaborate with brand teams and vendors to bring creative visions to life across multiple retail platforms.

The role requires a 6–7 year track record in visual merchandising, a relevant degree, and a strong passion for the beauty industry. Experience with boutique launches and seasonal campaigns is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design and/or Interior Design, Business or related subjects.
• Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.

Description of Duties

• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and setup in an accurate and timely manner
• Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third-party vendors
• Develop, interpret and translate creative concepts into impactful visual display for your group of brands
• Managed marketing promotional event: preparing half-done design and backstage productions, podium and animation
• Responsible for fabric visual ordering process (for both new launches and new openings)
• Update display for seasonal, promotional and ad hoc activities
• Brands prop & fixtures warehouse management

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other similar software is an advantage
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Has creativity
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up, and other similar software
• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design and/or Interior Design, Business or other related subjects
• At least 6-7 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Possess a strong passion for the beauty industry
