Job summary

MOP Beauty is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance offline visibility across Jakarta stores. You will develop and implement visual strategies, design engaging in-store displays reflecting current beauty trends, and coordinate with marketing, sales, and suppliers to ensure timely production and installation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of visual merchandising experience, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in beauty/fashion/retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual merchandising projects.
• Proficiency in design tools and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance offline brand visibility and drive sales.
• Design and set up in-store displays reflecting current beauty trends and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and sales to optimize store layouts and customer experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for production and timely installation of merchandising elements.
• Develop and enforce visual merchandising guidelines to ensure cohesive product presentation.
• Support campaigns with visually compelling in-store displays for seasonal promotions.
• Oversee projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve in-store visuals.
