LUXASIA in Medan invites an experienced Retail Boutique Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience aligned with luxury standards.

You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and coordinate with marketing and supply chain to maintain visual standards, stock levels, and events.

Fluent English and 3-5 years in luxury beauty retail are required; weekends and holidays are part of retail hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work in retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
