PT Luxasia Indonesia is seeking a senior Visual Merchandising professional to lead display concepts and hands-on execution for a portfolio of luxury beauty brands. You will collaborate with brand teams and vendors to bring creative visions to life across multiple retail platforms.

The role requires a 6–7 year track record in visual merchandising, a relevant degree, and a strong passion for the beauty industry. Experience with boutique launches and seasonal campaigns is a plus.

Formación

Minimum 6–7 years of experience in visual merchandising.
Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design and/or Interior Design, Business or related subjects.
Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set up accurately and on time.
Coordinate with multiple brand teams and third-party vendors.
Translate creative concepts into impactful visual displays for a group of brands.
Manage fabric visual ordering for launches and openings.
Update displays for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc activities.
Oversee brands prop & fixtures warehouse management.
