Job summary

Mother of Pearl (MOP Beauty) is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate offline brand presence in Jakarta. You will design and implement in-store visuals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns, while coordinating with marketing, sales and suppliers.

The role requires 3–5+ years in visual merchandising within beauty or retail, strong Photoshop/Illustrator/SketchUp skills, and a portfolio demonstrating impactful retail displays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, exhibition design, visual communications or related field.
• 3–5+ years of visual merchandising experience in beauty, fashion or retail.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to boost offline visibility and sales.
• Design and set up engaging in-store displays reflecting current trends and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing and sales to optimize store layouts.
• Oversee production and installation of merchandising elements, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Enforce visual merchandising guidelines across all stores and campaigns.
