• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to identify distribution training requirements.
• Guide and support the training team; stay current with training trends.
• Oversee basic/advanced training and related training administration.
• Manage lecturer selection and training to enhance trainer skills.
• Conduct training assessments and provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain training records and related information.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections.
• Assist Audit Department with audit-related training tasks.
• Ensure compliance with laws, corporate ethics codes and integrity.
