• Plan and execute the maintenance program for housing clusters and town centre
• Budgeting and cost management to optimize resources
• Ensure high quality estate management services (repair, security, cleanliness, landscaping)
• Monitor service provision by outsourcing contracts and subcontractors
• Coordinate with local government for permits and regulatory compliance
• Manage customer complaints after handover and resolve per regulations
• Ensure safety, crisis management, and business continuity preparations
