Job summary

APP Land Indonesia is seeking an Estate Management professional responsible for welcoming residents and tenants, assisting them with inquiries, and overseeing property infrastructure and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, monitoring landscapes and common areas, and preparing monthly estate reports while delivering high-quality customer service. The position is on-site in Batam and requires collaboration with several teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Service Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Estate Management.
• Previous experience in Estate, Property, or Hotel Management is preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all residents and tenants in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle and follow up on residents' and tenants' complaints, including security-related concerns
• Ensure proper maintenance and management of property infrastructure and facilities
• Monitor and maintain landscape, common areas, and estate facilities
• Coordinate with relevant teams/vendors to ensure smooth estate operations
• Prepare monthly operational and estate management reports
