Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Senior Estate Manager to lead all operational activities of the estate, ensuring safety, comfort, order, and high service quality for residents and tenants.

You will oversee facility management, environment, security, cleanliness, and resident relations, coordinate estate, engineering, security, and cleaning teams, and manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
• Experience in Estate Management, Property Management, Building Management, or Developer roles is required.
• 3-5 years in a Manager/Head position in estate/property management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational activities of the Estate Department.
• Ensure the area, facilities, infrastructure, landscaping, cleanliness, and security are well-maintained.
• Oversee building/facility management operations and ensure facilities function optimally.
• Coordinate Estate, Engineering, Security, Cleaning Service, Landscape teams with other parties.
• Develop and control work programs, operational budgets, and area maintenance requirements.
• Ensure SOP, service standards, K3/HSE, and company regulations are implemented.
• Handle and resolve resident/tenant complaints quickly and professionally.
• Build relations with residents, tenants, vendors, contractors, and external parties.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance to meet contract, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
