Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia seeks an experienced B2B sales professional to lead the industrial machinery sales segment. You will develop strategies, manage multi-month project cycles, and deliver technical consultations to meet client requirements.

Travel across Indonesia to engage clients, prepare proposals with accurate specifications, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure on-time project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in B2B technical project-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand revenue and margins in the industrial machinery division.
• Lead complex, project-based sales cycles from initial engagement through multi-month project execution.
• Provide technical consultation and solution design to meet client custom industrial equipment requirements.
• Conduct technical and commercial presentations to demonstrate capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations with accurate specifications and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia for client visits.
