Job summary

PT Industrial Multi Fan in Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager Project to drive new project opportunities and oversee the execution of projects from initiation to handover. The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery.

You will coordinate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions, negotiate offers, monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and prepare progress reports, forecasts, and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Identify new project opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and coordinate with the technical team to provide solutions aligned with project requirements
• Establish relationships with external parties (developers, contractors, consultants), negotiate pricing and contract offers, and ensure effective communication between internal teams and external parties
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address obstacles that may arise during project execution
• Prepare project progress reports, sales forecasts, and manage contract documentation and quotation letters
• Prepare monthly reports including project progress, sales target achievement, revenue improvement strategies, sales forecasts, stakeholder and client communication reports, project progress, and challenges faced
