Responsibilities

• Develop Retail and Trade business in East Java, expanding sales coverage for residential projects.
• Search for and collect project information and identify market gaps to sustain business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and distributors.
• Develop new residential markets through cross-selling across product teams.
• Conduct technical presentations and show how products meet client needs and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing and product specifications to secure deals.
• Build strong residential project references to accelerate growth in retail.
