PT. Pan Rama Vista Garment Industries in Solo, Central Java, Indonesia, is seeking a hands-on Technical / Sample & CAD Room Manager to lead our Sampling & CAD operations.

This is a managerial, on-site role for a technically strong professional with deep experience in premium woven and knit fashion apparel, balancing technical excellence with operational discipline. You will head the Sample & CAD Room team, oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and CAD pattern making, and drive continuous

Qualifications

Minimum 5-10 years of technical experience in ladies fashion apparel manufacturing.
Strong specialization in premium woven & knit apparel, particularly dresses.
Proven experience managing large sample & CAD room teams.
Excellent understanding of pattern making, grading, and garment construction.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead all technical aspects of sample development from design handover through final approval.
Review and approve patterns, markers, BOMs, and construction methods.
Act as the key technical interface with Design, Merchandising, Production, and QA.
Build, train and manage a team that achieves objectives.
Establish SOPs, technical standards, and best practices; drive continuous improvement.
