Job summary

PT.TMNK MANUFACTURING WORLDWIDE in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage sample development. You will liaise between Sales, CAD, and Sample Room, translate technical packages, and ensure timely progress of samples and RSL requirements. Strong English and Japanese skills are essential for cross-team communication.

The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work, with an eye for deadlines and process improvements in a garment manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English (active and passive).
• Japanese language proficiency required for 2 positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trim and fabric orders for sample development and fitting.
• Follow up on sample development progress with the Sample Room to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with the CAD team regarding patterns, measurement specs, and material receipts before handing over materials to the Sample Room.
• Follow up on RSL requirements and ensure timely completion of related processes.
• Translate technical packages and handle email correspondence with relevant teams (RKL and RSL) for sample development coordination.
• Ensure smooth communication between Sales, CAD, and Sample Room to support sample development activities.

Job description

Job Description

1. Coordinate trim and fabric orders for sample development and fitting

2. Follow up on sample development progress with the Sample Room to ensure timely completion.

3. Coordinate with the CAD team regarding patterns (PTTN), measurement specifications (MM), and material receipts before handing over materials to the Sample Room.

4. Follow up on RSL requirements and ensure timely completion of related processes.

5. Translate technical packages (TP) and handle email correspondence with the relevant teams, including RKL and RSL, for sample development coordination.

6. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Sales Department, CAD team, and Sample Room to support sample development activities.
