Job summary

Ajaib is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to deliver high-quality talent across our global organization, hiring across Technology, Product, and Non-Technology roles.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build pipelines across markets, engage passive candidates, and close hires across different markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology roles.
• Experience with international or global recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, engagement, and closing skills.
• Data-driven with recruitment metrics experience.
• Excellent English communication.
• Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, seniority, competencies, and hiring priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines across global talent markets.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment while ensuring a strong bar for quality.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate closely with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and structured interview process.
• Drive offer management, negotiation, and closing for successful candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights on availability, compensation expectations, and trends.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where relevant.
• Share market insights and best practices with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
