Ajaib Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to deliver top talent across Technology, Product, and Non-Technology functions on a global scale.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, screen candidates, drive offers and closing, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. This role requires excellent English communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech roles.
• Experience with international or global recruitment is highly preferred.
• Data-driven with recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, seniority, competencies, and hiring priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines across global talent markets.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment while ensuring a strong bar for quality.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and structured interview process.
• Drive offer management, negotiation, and closing for successful candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights including compensation expectations and trends.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where relevant.
• Share market insights and best practices with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
