Qualifications

• 2+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate.
• Strong sourcing and enticing capabilities to attract top talent.
• Certification in talent sourcing is preferred.
• Bachelor or honors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Source talent through innovative platforms.
• Identify candidates with the right skills and experience.
• Assess alignment with our culture.
• Approach and headhunt potential candidates for our global team.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all TA documentation is accurate and stored properly.
