A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Computer Science is required, with 2+ years IT recruiting experience encouraged. Candidates should be energetic, communicative, and able to work under pressure, with a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience as a recruiter in IT industry minimum 2 years (advantage).
• Knowledge about psychological tests and interview skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, energetic, motivated, result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Write and post job descriptions on job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and experiences.
• Administer pre-employment assessments or tests.
• Check references and perform background checks on candidates.
• Manage database of active employees and potential candidates.
• Collaborate with HR Recruitment to submit documents for hiring.
• Provide administrative support for new employees in the department.
