Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala, a hospitality, retail and F&B group operating Lv8 Resort Hotel, Vue Canggu Beach Restaurant, Discovery Mall Bali and multiple restaurants, is seeking an Senior Staff Internal Control to oversee SOP implementation, ensure operational compliance, and analyze business processes across functions.

You will monitor SOP adherence, identify gaps and risks in inventory, production, procurement and cash management, conduct field testing, prepare evaluation reports, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Compliance.
• Experience in Public Accounting Firm (KAP/Big 4) and/or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Internal Control to oversee SOP implementation, ensure operational compliance, and analyze business processes within a hospitality, retail, and F&B environment.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Compliance.

Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP / Big 4) and/or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes (Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Fixed Assets).

Proficient in Ms. Excel (advanced) & Ms. Visio/Word. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.

Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, high integrity, and excellent communication skills.
